Most of these interceptions should be appalling for Bears fans to watch. Other than a couple of good plays by Packer defensive backs, nearly all of these picks are either (1) throws where a Bears receiver wasn’t in the same zip code as where the pass was thrown, or (2) forced throws.

Cutler’s previous excuse may have been a group of bad receivers. I don’t think he has that excuse anymore.
