Sen. Robert Wirch (D–Kenosha) was one of 15 Democrats and one RINO to vote against the tax cuts. Wirch asked what about spending money to fix infrastructure beaten up by this winter.

To that, I suggest there is almost $6.6 million the Legislature could make available by a vote. That would be the nearly $6.6 million, at $49,943 per legislator, that they are paid. I can think of at least 16 legislators that shouldn’t be paid anything, but truth be told, if they want to consider themselves to be public servants, well, servants don’t get paid.
